PC/PMMA composite board is a two-layer composite material obtained by co extrusion of PC and PMMA, with PMMA used for the outer layer and PC as the inner layer. As a mobile phone shell, PMMA has high hardness and wear resistance, and can be used for the outer layer of mobile phone cover. However, due to its brittleness, the composite PC serves as the inner layer, which improves the overall toughness of the material. Moreover, through surface hardening treatment, the surface hardness and wear resistance of PMMA can be improved.
After surface hardening treatment, PC/PMMA composite plates undergo 3D high-pressure forming and texture treatment, and can be used for mobile phone cover plates.
